Klaver.Kind. Consulting provides expert IEP advocacy, executive functioning coaching, mentoring, and comprehensive wraparound support for neurodivergent individuals and their families.

Fees for consulting, advocacy, and wraparound services will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Cancellations or rescheduling of consultations or sessions must be made within the mutually agreed timeframe specified during the booking or intake process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klaver.Kind. Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website or our consulting services. We advocate to the best of our professional abilities but do not guarantee specific outcomes in school districts, IEP meetings, or behavioral developments.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
